HARVESTRIGHT XL Tray Dividers - Fits XL Harvest Right Freeze Dryer Trays

We designed these to fit Harvest Right XL sized trays for an XL size freeze dryer.

These are MADE IN THE USA

The dividers have inserts to allow for different portion sizes.
These fit perfectly into Harvest Right XL Freeze Dryer tray slots
These work with our Tray Stackers (shown in orange between the trays)

Uses:

These are great for spacing out various portion sizes when making survival, camping, or long term storage freeze-dried food.

Cleaning:

Like anything with food contact, cleaning and sanitizing food prep items is important. You can certainly hand wash these with warm water and dish soap like you would most things you cook with, but we use these for our commercial freeze drying business and we clean and sanitize them like this:

1. Clean and rinse off any food debris with clean warm water
2. Fill a single side of a double or triple wash sink with new / clean warm water
* you likely have a 2 sided regular kitchen sink
* warm means that you can put your bare hand in the water without it burning you
* if the water is too hot to put your hands in it, it may be too hot and cause warping
* do not put these in the dishwasher.
3. Add 2 caps or aprox 1oz of no-splash / non-scented bleach.
4. Let soak submerged for 7-10 minutes
5. Remove and place on paper towels and let air dry for 10-15 minutes.

* DO NOT put these in the dishwasher as most dishwashers have water temperature boosters and heating elements for drying. This can easily cause warping and damage to the dividers.

You will receive the tray dividers shown in the pictures in the color and tray set quantity you purchased. Just in case you didn’t read the top area of this description…. Only the dividers in the color and quantity you buy will be included. Trays, food, stackers, and anything else in the example use pictures are not included.
